Making your first moves in Joker Sequence Practice

Give this approach a try

Before making a move, check the cards in view. A joker can fill a missing rank, but fixed natural cards must fit one suit and a consecutive interval. Use another round to revisit a decision.

What you need to achieve

Decide whether natural cards and available jokers can complete one same-suit sequence. Check the relevant controls before continuing. Work at your own pace.

How to proceed

  1. Start a 10-question session. Read the visible rule label and wild rank, if shown.
  2. A joker can fill a missing rank, but fixed natural cards must fit one suit and a consecutive interval.
  3. Study the complete hand before answering. Choose Valid or Not valid.
  4. Read the explanation after submitting. Each question accepts one submitted answer.
  5. Continue to the tenth question for a session score; start another session for a new selection.

Making selections and moves

Tap the answer buttons or selected card; the deadwood exercise uses a numeric input. Next question appears after an answer. The same rule applies on a phone and on a computer. Treat this as a chance to practise one rule.

See the idea in action

Example hand: Joker 2♦ 5♠ 4♦. Wild rank 5. These cards fit consecutive positions in one suit; a joker can fill a missing position. Return to the explanation when a decision is unclear.

Notice this detail

A clear plan starts with the current position. A wild substitute cannot erase a conflicting fixed suit or duplicate fixed rank. Return to the explanation when a decision is unclear.
